Heather Gerhart has a M.A. in Cultural Sustainability, a discipline that supports individuals and communities in identifying, protecting, and enhancing their important traditions, their ways of life, their cherished spaces, and their vital relationships to each other and the world.  She has also trained as a digital storytelling facilitator with StoryCenter, and is the 2017 recipient of the Rory Turner Prize in Cultural Sustainability. Her research considers issues of positionality, representation and power as she seeks to connect researchers and communities through story....
